30 Day Returns Warranty
At ADAHair, our goal is always to provide our customers with high-quality products at competitive factory prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service at any time.
We are happy to accommodate returns within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and the seal has not been broken (Does not apply to final sale items/Clearance Items/Promotional Items).
Important Note: For final sale items/Clearance Items/Promotional Items "will not replace" the hair color shade once ordered by the customer, so make sure you added the correct hair color of your choice in your shopping cart before you submit your order with us.
Product details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not “shipped.” Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.（Please contact our support team as soon as possible with a brief description of the changes.）
Our 30-day returns warranty starts from the date we sent out our product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your ticket all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number, or product name. Then kindly send all info to our email address email@example.com
Items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse. We will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation.
Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us with the tracking details for their packages and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
(1)Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after the Customer Support Team has authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
(2) Customers must pay the custom tax when you ship the goods back to us.
Items that are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include any discounted products, Clearance Items, and Custom orders providing that ADAHair did not make any error.
